This Non-dairy Honey Butter is rich and creamy, and loaded with flavor and texture. It has the consistency of butter, but so much more of a treat to the palate. Try a big heap of this good- for-you butter!
Ingredients:
½ cup macadamia nuts
1 tablespoon flax seed oil
1 tablespoon expeller-pressed olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons raw honey
¼ cup filtered water, room temperature
1 teaspoon sea salt
⅓ cup expeller-pressed coconut oil
Method:
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth, except for the coconut oil. You may need to add a little of the coconut oil at this point to achieve the smooth consistency. Add all of the coconut oil and process again until smooth. Remove and place in a glass jar. Refrigerate.
