White Bean Puree w/ Sage

Tasty White Bean Dip that can be used in recipes, as a condiment, or as a dip for Grilled Veggies.
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. dried Cannelini Beans (use canned if you're in a pinch)
  • 6 Sage leaves, chopped fine
  • 6 oz. Garlic Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
Method:
  1. Cook beans according to package or use canned beans if you're short on time
  2. Pour beans into food processor with sage and half of the oil. Puree the beans and add in the remaining oil slowly from the chute until the desired consistency is met.
  3. Season with salt and pepper
