- 8 oz. Heavy Cream
- 1 oz. Cognac or Brandy
- 1 T. Whole Grain Mustard
- Sal & Pepper to taste
- Pour the Cognac into the pan to deglaze and scrape up any browned bits
- Add the heavy cream and 1 T. of whole grain mustard, heat on high to reduce in half
- Season to taste with salt and pepper
